OUR TRAINING COURSE OFFERINGS

ITIL v4

This course is an introductory level type mainly for basic IT service management concepts and vocabulary such as Service Value System, Service Value Chain, Guiding Principles, Practices, and others. It covers the entire ITIL 4 foundation curriculum and two practice tests.

Some more information:

-Material is included as well as demos on a ServiceNow instance.
-There are no required prerequisites.
-The course runs online for 3 days on a biweekly basis.

ISO 27001

This course covers the ISO 27001 standard for information security management. The course dives into the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS), its processes, and controls. It also covers internal auditing principles and what constitutes minor and major non-conformities. The course also outlines how to get certification for your organization.

ISO 9001

This course covers the ISO 9001 standard for Quality Management (QM). In this course, we go over the requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS), its processes, and its phases. It also covers internal auditing principles and what constitutes minor and major non-conformities and how to get certification for your organization.

Bite-Size
ITSM Trainings

These are short 4-hour length courses that focus on different ITSM practices and concepts including capacity, change, event, availability, incident, problem, configuration, access, and deployment management.

-These courses run online for 4 hours on a daily basis.

This course covers the ISO standard for Business Continuity Management (BCM). In this course, we go over the requirements, processes, and controls for the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).
