For our IT Services, customers are required to pay the invoiced amount according to the contract documented between them and our team. For our Training Services, customers are invoiced and are required to pay the amount due before attendance. For our Web Development and Design Services, customers are invoiced 50% of the price quoted before the project and 50% after. Customers are required to pay this to ensure we can provide you with the services you need as quickly and effectively as possible. Any monthly fees must be paid within 15 days of invoice issuance. For more payment options, a billing error, or for more information please Contact Us or view our Terms & Conditions.

How long does a project take?Project durations are typically estimated by our team during a consultation. This is because projects have differing levels of complexity and can be any size from large to small.
