Terms & Conditions – Midian

Payment Terms

Payments are currently accepted via Interac e-Transfer or bank transfer. Upon onboarding for a service, clients will receive a document or email outlining payment instructions and applicable billing procedures.

IT Services

Payments are required in accordance with the terms outlined within the signed agreement or contract between Midian and the client. Depending on the scope of work, this may include an initial payment prior to the commencement of services and/or installment-based payment arrangements.

IT Training

The full invoiced amount must be paid prior to attending any course or training session. Proof of payment must be submitted at least 24 hours before the first scheduled session and should include:

  • Full name

  • Course or training session details

  • Proof of payment for the invoiced amount

Recurring Services

Monthly or recurring service invoices must be paid within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in writing.

Transactions may require approximately 5–7 business days to clear depending on the financial institution. Deposits may take up to 3 business days to appear. Once payment has been received and confirmed, an updated invoice or payment confirmation will be issued.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Midian, we strive to maintain fair, transparent, and professional cancellation practices for all services and engagements. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of service provided and the stage of the engagement.

IT Services

If a consultation, project, or service has not yet commenced, a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total contracted amount may apply. If work has already begun, a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the total contracted amount may be charged, depending on the scope of work completed and the terms outlined within the signed agreement.

IT Training

Due to scheduling, resource allocation, and course preparation requirements, training cancellations are subject to the following refund structure:

  • 10 business days or more prior to the course start date: 90% refund

  • 5–9 business days prior to the course start date: 50% refund

  • Less than 5 business days prior to the course start date or after course commencement: No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the applicable refund deadline.

Recurring Services

Recurring services may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation requests will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, after which recurring charges will cease.

Failure to maintain required payments may result in service interruptions or limited functionality.

Event & Course Cancellations by Midian

If a course, training session, or event does not meet the minimum participant requirement or must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be offered an alternative session date. If the alternative date cannot be accommodated, a full refund of the invoiced amount will be issued.

Refund Processing

For services that have not yet commenced, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days following confirmation of cancellation. For projects or services already in progress, refund eligibility and applicable cancellation fees are governed by the terms outlined within the signed agreement or contract.

Discounts may be available for organizations utilizing multiple Midian services simultaneously. Please contact our team for additional information regarding bundled service offerings and eligibility.
